At Softtek, she translates business strategies into clearly defined execution plans for new ventures or initiatives. She is currently responsible for driving innovation and intrapreneurship within Softtek. Rakhee brings over 15 years of innovation and engineering experience at successful startups. Her startups include a spinoff from Xilinx, SpringTide (acquired by Lucent), ChipWrights, and her most recent startup, Pinnacle, was chosen for the SURGE Accelerator in Houston. Rakhee is focused on launching viable, market-driven solutions.
