Softtek CEO Receives Award for "Civic Engagement" in the Americas

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, Blanca Treviño, CEO of Softtek was awarded in Washington D.C. with the Distinguished Leadership for the Americas Award of Civic Engagement during the VI Annual Leadership for the Americas Awards Gala. This event celebrates the people and organizations that are committed to advancing governance, social equality, and prosperity in America.

The Leadership for the Americas Awards Gala brings together prominent world leaders whose contributions have been instrumental in addressing the most urgent challenges that are impacting our region. Others who were recognized include: Juan Manuel Santos, the former president of Colombia and Nobel Peace Prize recipient, Felipe González, former president of the Spanish Government, Luis Alberto Moreno, former president of Inter-American Development Bank and Robert Zoellick, the 11° President of the World Bank.
