Prezados,
Era 1994. Um ano marcado pela conquista do tetra pela seleção brasileira de futebol. Foi neste cenário que a Softtek chegou ao Brasil. Em um flat, no Rio de Janeiro, demos início ao que, mais tarde, se tornaria uma das principais fornecedoras de serviços de TI do país. Hoje, somando quatro escritórios, cerca de 1.000 colaboradores e clientes espalhados de Norte a Sul.
Chegamos, acreditamos, confiamos e nos esforçamos. Reinventamo-nos todos os dias, acompanhando a dinâmica do mercado de TI, com uma energia inexplicável, fruto de tudo o que plantamos ao longo destes anos.
Sonhar, arriscar e apostar fazem parte do nosso DNA, construído com base na confiança, na inovação, na qualidade e, principalmente, no incentivo ao crescimento e aprendizado das pessoas. Estamos muito felizes por comemorar 20 anos no Brasil e, mais do que isso, preparados para encarar os próximos 20, 50 ou 100 anos, sempre acreditando na nossa essência e na nossa fórmula para crescer.

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It was 1994. A year marked by the conquest of the Brazilian national football team. That is the time that Softtek arrived in Brazil. In a flat in Rio de Janeiro, we started what would later become a leading provider of IT services in the country. Today, four offices later, we have approximately 1,000 associates and customers spread from North to South.
We arrived, we believed, we trusted on each other and we worked hard. We keep reinventing ourselves every day, witnessing the dynamics of the IT market, with an inexplicable energy—which is the result of everything we have planted over the years.
Dreaming and risk-taking are part of our DNA, built on trust, innovation, quality, and specifically in encouraging the growth and education of our associates. We are delighted to celebrate 20 years in Brazil, and beyond that, we are prepared to face the next 20, 50 or 100 years, staying true to our strong belief in our essence and formula for growth.
I appreciate the dedication of everyone who has taken part in our history. Softtek Brazil is counting on you to continue this journey!
