Fernando Labastida is currently in charge of Financial Services Marketing at Softtek US. He has been in various high-tech sales and marketing roles for more than 20 years. In December of 2017 Fernando published his first book on Amazon, Nearshore Marketing, in both a Kindle version as well as a paperback edition. The book provides a complete guide to Nearshore outsourcing companies wanting to enter the U.S. market, and is a culmination of all of Fernando’s sales and marketing experience over the previous twenty years. Fernando has spoken various conferences on international marketing, such as at South by Southwest in Austin and the Content Marketing Summit in Mexico City. He has also been a guest columnist for the Content Marketing Institute, the Relevance Blog, Nearshore Americas, and Latin Business Today.
