Rosana Gómez

Rosana Gómez is an accomplished and dynamic director with over 16 years of experience in the retail sector. She is the Retail Center of Excellence Director at Softtek and is passionate about providing companies with the best practices in the industry through processes and technology. She has extensive knowledge of retail and leads her team to develop effective solutions for the main challenges of the sector. Rosana has successfully managed large-scale implementation projects, such as SAP Retail Implementations, e-commerce platforms such as Magento, and supply chain operations leveraged by Blue Yonder, among others. She has extensive experience leading retail teams globally and generating synergies across regions that Softtek serves. Rosana is a co-creator of Digital Sales Services by Softtek and has specialized in eCommerce, supporting the SAP CX and Retail practice at Softtek. Her leadership skills and ability to drive change have enabled her to collect experiences at a global level of projects and solutions generated by Softtek for large retailers.
